传统料位测量法

目前大多数搅拌站都还在采用:垂直/纵向测量法、侧壁旋转料位计和人工敲罐法来盘料,这三种方法都是通过检测粉料位置而间接推测出粉料料位,其结果及不精准。

因为在实际生产检测过程中,粉料罐内粉料的位置常常出现以下三种情况:进料凸起/出料下陷、出料挂壁和架桥。 如下图:

一、研发背景:R&D background

1、   随着国内日益严格的环保要求,搅拌站混凝土罐车清洗所产生的污水处理问题是所有搅拌站面临的最大困扰。水资源的大量消耗、泥浆的堆积填埋,不但给企业增加了生产成本,且具有强碱性,PH值达12的污水的污染更是企业迫在眉睫需要处理的问题。

二、CA-1DRS 废混回收系统介绍

 

  1.  工作原理流程图及说明 working principle flow chart

1.1、   污水泵抽取清水,通过洗车注水管注入搅拌车;洗完后的污水及残渣倒入洗车排水漏槽,由砂浆泵抽取搅拌池的污水形成高速流动水流冲入砂石分离机;砂与石被沙石分离机从污水中分离出来,而污水通过排水槽回到搅拌池;

1.2、   搅拌池的搅拌器周期性转动,使水质保持均匀;污水通过注入水稀释,可通过泥砂型水泵、回收计量管直接抽到搅拌主机,成为搅拌混凝土的材料;计量过程中多余的泥浆水又通过回流计量管件流回搅拌池;计量管件中的电磁阀和排水气动蝶阀保证计量精度;

1.3、   砂石分离机与清水蓄水池相连,每次分离污水后用清水冲洗,保持内部清洁;

1.4、   标准配置安装现场一般有个沉淀池,个搅拌池和个清水池,搅拌池上均安装有搅拌器及池面安全镀锌格板,用PLC系统控制搅拌工作,防止污水沉淀;各个搅拌池、清水池按一定的顺序排列,表面下有水流通道相通,表面上有水泵相连;当搅拌池水量不足时,通过水泵向前补充清水,保持水量稳定;当搅拌池水量过多时,又会通过表面下的溢流孔回流,并在回流过程中是水质得到澄清;

Standard configuration generally have 3 mixing tank and 1-3 clear water pool, mixing pool with a agitator and installed safety galvanized grating, mixing work with PLC control system to prevent sewage sedimentation; each mixing tank , clean water tank according to a certain order, water flow passageway under the surface, with pump connected on the surface; when mixing tank water is low, replenish clean water through the pump to maintain the level of water; when mixing tank excessive amount of water, will pass the overflow hole under the surface,  clarify water quality during the reflow process ;

 

1.5、   通过整个搅拌站内排水沟的引导和改造,可将整个工地其他的污水通过排水沟聚集于下一个沉淀池,用水泵将池里的水抽回纳入以上的水循环系统之中重新利用;而澄清池中的水又可抽取以供车的外表冲洗或地面冲洗等各种用途,所产生的污水通过排水沟回到沉淀池,得到重新利用,实现整个工地的水循环,真正实现污水的零排放。

废混回收系统由洗车系统、砂石分离系统和泥浆回收系统组成,三者形成一个密不可分的循环系统。

1.洗车自控系统:由手动调整自动运行两套PLC控制程序进行,操作便捷。可以同时洗净1-3部车,根据现场生产、产地、洗车等习惯调整程序,使之达到车辆使用效率最大化。

4. 旋流分离系统:采用世界先进的旋流分离技术,泥砂分离彻底,免维护

 

5.自动控制系统:全自动控制(PLC+触摸屏)操作简易,人工操作部分少。附电流侦测警报装置及超载警示保护设施,能指示各个设备的运行情况及设备空转、故障报警。自动根据现场条件调整设备运行模式以克服人为失误,保持系统最佳处理状态和设备寿命。

四、沙石分离机操作使用说明: sand and stone separate machine operation instruction

自动:automatic:

1)、合上空气开关,接通电源(电源指示灯亮)。Switch on the air break and main power(power supply light running)

当搅拌车倒车时,触及行程开关,到位后警示灯闪亮,加水泵启动自动加水(调节时间继电器可自由控制搅拌车加水时间,一般设置为2~3分钟)。

When the truck mixer backing-up, touching trip switches, warning lights flashing , water feeding pump starts automatically (adjustable time relay can be freely controlled truck mixer add water time, usually set to 2 to 3 minutes).

2)、加水泵停,搅拌车进行翻滚清洗,把残余料倒入导料槽,残余料进入主机,同时,系统自动进行清洗分离。

Push the pump stops, tumbling mixer for cleaning the residual material into the guide trough, the residual material into the main separation machine, while the automatic cleaning system separation.  

3)、整个工作完毕后,分离机自动断停。(整个过程约5~6分钟,调节时间继电器可自由控制整机运行时间)。

The entire work is completed, the separation machine automatically stops. (The whole process takes about 5 to 6 minutes, adjusting time relay can freely control machine run time).

注意: 如果设备断电或长时间不用,必须把机器内污水排空,防止污水沉淀,堵塞分砂机,造成分砂机损毁。

Note: If the machine power shut down or a long time no use, the machine must be emptied of sewage, prevent sewage sedimentation, clogging of sand, resulting separation machine damaged .
